.r.ethink cardio. . Squamish Cardio; . Gear test; short 3km high-angle hike with 30lbs pack (50% weight). Doubling it up with a high angle night hike (~5km) and Yin yoga with @purpleacornyoga at #shalayoga after a personal training consult. Finishing with a hot tub (joiners welcome). . This is gearing up for a 40KM (3 day) backcountry hike on the sunshine coast with my dear friend @un1_music in 5 days. . Tomorrow; upping to ~10km (25%) on flat terrain with about 80% gear weight... and a small workout after my core class @stormstrength #stormsquamish finishing the day with another #yogaclass . Saturday another day hike ~10km (~25%) with 100% weight. And then some #hilltraining . Sunday - Another 10km + 2 yoga classes @shalayoga. .
