Fae Self-Care

Eat Jello or jellies! In remembrance of drinking dew drops or fruity fae treats!

Wear a light drawstring bag instead of a purse or handbag, to simulate the weight of wings on your back.

Bake bread by hand! If you aren't allergic, lots of nuts and seeds are delicious!

Go pinecone or acorn hunting! Or search for wild herbs and plants. Nature bears many gifts from the fae themselves! (Please collect responsibly and don't take from places where it may be illegal or disrespectful)

Buy yourself or go pluck some flowers! Smell the petals, you can even make flower crowns! If you find edible flowers you can even make your own tea! (Again please take responsibly and with permission!)

Paint on your body or color with washable paint, pens or markers. In my pantheon, body art was a tradition that many fae took part of!

Press flowers and frame them!

Make jellies and jams from scratch! Canners are also good tools to have to preserve fruits and veggies! (Please use recipes and safe canning practices)

Collect things you like in glass jars! It doesn't matter what it is!
