I had so many spoons today. I clean out my closet. And even when thow my shirts (I had a lot of extra hangers I didn't know I had) I pick up my floor. I took a shower. Me and my brother made dinner. I cleaned my shower and toilet. I did dishes. I when shopping with my brother. I picked up dog poop.
And it 8:46. And at 7:30 I was really sleepy for like 10 minutes and was about to like fall over. But then I had to pee and my toilet was gross cause my brothers stomach must have been upset. (last year his stomach got way worse really fast. And now is diagnosed with crohn's disease. And he has to give himself shots ever two weeks. Anyways it two days before his next shot. He says right before his is the worst days). Anyways so it was really gross and that was fine I throw up in it 4 days ago so it was needing to be clean soon anyway. So I clean it then and sleepiness left me. I should sleep. But man I still feel the ability to get shit done. And I don't want to stop and sleep. Cause I can pretty much guarantee I'm not going to be able to do as much tomorrow. But like I need to sleep. Idk what to do
Anyone else have a have a hard time lieing saying "Oh I'm doing fine" when people ask how your doing because you don't want to get the look. I just want to be able to say I feel like shit and not have people get all silent because they don't know how to respond to anything other than "I'm good". You don't have to pity me, just say "Oh that's to bad" or what ever and go on with the conversation. If I want to talk to you about it I will, I just don't want to play the facade of being fine so others feel comfortable, because it's exhausting.
