Day 9 of #SplittingIntoSpring is Bird of Paradise and finally no raincheck on #carpoolyoga!🌤☀️🤗 Back in Nov/Dec 2014, this pose was a pivotal point for me as it made me realize what all my body was capable of on my mat! I finally tried this mid-way variation that I've seen and been curious about and my angry hammies were grateful.
