One that seemed to work particularly well was a spell to ward against the negative influence of “energy vampires” as well as transmutate any type of remaining negative residue into positive benefits.

This kitchen witch spell is a simple bowl of Garlic buttered popcorn.

1: Pop your preferred popcorn

2: melt some butter and pour onto your popped popcorn in a clockwise motion, imbuing with your intention. (For this component, i focused on supplying warmth and comfort at the base of the spell.

3: then season with sea salt, also imbued with intention (for this I focused on purification and protection, using the salt as a firm shield and barrier between myself and anything that would wish to harm me)

4: season with garlic and as with the previous steps, also imbue with intention (for this i decided to hone in on the warding off aspects, and specifically utilized the fortuitous effects of garlic to fold in the transmutation aspect)

5: sprinkle on a sizable layer of freshly cracked black pepper to add strength and additional power behind the spell.

6: consume and share with those you see as best fit to the personal parameters you place on this spell.

Basic Process

- Decide on a goal

- Decide on the mechanism to achieve your goal. Is it energy work? Food? Poppets?

- Decide on necessary materials. 3 ingredients is a good benchmark

- Decide on timing. Plan to set aside as much time as necessary to both procure ingredients and execute the spell

- Check via divination if this is the correct path. If not, repeat earlier steps

- Document planned spell in advance

- Execute the spell

- Document the immediate mechanical workings of it. What did you do? What was involved? How would you replicate it?

- If necessary, divine on immediate results

- Wait for results. Continue to divine as necessary
