- 1 earl grey tea bag ☕️

- 2 tsp Cloves smashed in mortar pestle🌰

- 1/4 a cinnamon stick smashed in a mortar pestle 🪵

- 1/4 cup rose petals/buds 🥀

- 2 tsp mullein 🌾

- 1 tsp mugwort 🌙

The priestess steps into the darkened temple. White candles encircle the tall statue of a woman raising her hands to the sky. Shadows shift as the candles flicker, their flames dancing together with the incense that wafts over from a large metal censor nearby. The priestess lights another candle and kneels before her Goddess. There's a subtle aroma emanating from a wreath of yellow star flowers that crown the statue. It creates a sweetly smokey mix, the perfect atmosphere for meditation and sacred ritual.

Make yourself a cup of Temple tea. Breathe in the floral hints and let the lingering taste of smoke curl around the back of you throat. The wise ones, the monks and priestesses from long ago, also used tea in their spiritual practices. Like them, you'll want to make drinking tea a daily ritual.
