Speechify App: Speechify Text To Speech
Introduction Speechify App Speechify App ever found yourself wishing you could listen to articles, documents, or even long emails instead of reading them? That’s exactly the experience Speechify promises to deliver. As a text-to-speech (TTS) solution, Speechify turns written content into spoken words with surprising ease and clarity. Let me walk you through my hands-on take on this handy app and…
I feel so stupid. I'm glad I got curious and searched if Speechify is stealing the things I read from Ao3. Then I learned the entire thread and I almost want to vomit. I know the thing has been resolved (only because Ao3 authors are stronger than you think), but I still can't help but think that maybe they are still stealing works, scraping the fic off Ao3, and sell it on their booktokshit. And the fact that I might be a contributor to this (though I'm quite a new subscriber, but still) pains me.
I'm canceling my subscription.
Are NaturalReader and Voice dream reader alright?
Actually, if you can recommend me an independent TTS app, that would be great.

Whitewake will give us some visitors.
Was brought to my attention that Chapter 6 was so long it broke speechify. As proud as I am of the sheer volume of it, I want it to be as easy as possible for my dyslexic readers to enjoy fic without them breaking up the chapters multiple times for input. So, going forward I'm gonna pace things out into slightly shorter segments (perhaps 15-20k maximum cap per chapter) for the sake of accessibility. I didn't know about speechify but I think it's super cool that folks have other tools that help them enjoy fic. 🥺
Text-to-speech has been so life-changing :) School and reading in general were so much harder and even painful before
