Well, this was certainly going to put a hold on patrols for a while, possibly... or at least make them take longer to complete. Blue Cop had to think about that, though his attention was taken away when he heard Wild Guardy's voice.

"Oh! Wild Guardy!" He smiled up at him, though at the pointing out of his new size, he sighed and rubbed the back of his neck, "Yes.. About that... I'm apparently going to be like this for around a week? If what I was told was true."

" Hmm, that's oddly specific..." he mutters, and wouldn't be easy considering the amount of corpses littered around them. He watched silently as the others spread out...but him....he went straight to Brainstorm.

Sitting on a log while on an unkown planet - as his communications, navigation, and a majority of internal systems were offline - Sideswipe found himself prying off heavily dented armor from his leg to inspect whatever damage he could. The protoform was a nasty dark coloring that signaled pooling of energon. A quickly slice with his blade released a small stream of energon that was going bad as it had sat internally for far too long. Ratcher would offline him if the medic saw how he was self treating, but it was the best he could do with the circunstances.

The strut inside was broken, possibly in mutiple places from having had rubble fall upon it. "Frag," He's hoped it had been something he could tough out, to force back in line, but the pooled energon and the lace of sensors told him otherwise. IT would suck, but he might ahve to just remove from the joint down and close up some lines to keep fom getting infected or worse, a rust ailment that sould start internally.

A certain teal jet puts a servo in his hip, the other holding that mysterious orange briefcase that he had never let another soul peak at. But there was something different about the way Brainstorm was carrying himself. Even more confident than normal, he looked almost menacing. he'd  detected  brainstorm  before  brainstorm  had  detected  him,  & not merely because of the touch of their EM fields.     drift can feel how his former ally's aura has ... soured,  like the remnants of some scientific experiment left over a burner for long enough to scorch to the bottom of the glass ;   his finials twitch a little when he turns to face the flight frame,  trying to remain taciturn in spite of the growing dread that's gnawing at his tank like a hungry scraplet.

"  brainstorm.     should i be saying that it's good to see you,  or should i be concerned?  "     he replies coolly,  keeping things cordial & not reaching for the hilt of one of his swords.     "  we left the lost light for completely different reasons,  after all.  "

if ... brainstorm had left the lost light for the reason that he suspects,  at least.

Despite the grating comment in his audial, Perceptor's optic remained trained on the microscope in front of him, arranged neatly amongst other tools on his workbench. The irony of him using a microscope wasn't lost on him, however the humor in it had long lost its entertainment when he became a scientist. After a moment of adjusting the lens and taping away on a data pad he finally dignified the question with a response.

"We are approximately the same height, Brainstorm." He leaned back and turned to face the other.

"Are you finally breaking up with that annoying human sport?" -Starscream

" Your attitude needs work. What are you even doing over here? Don't you have a room. Oh, wait, yes. A big ass room, way bigger than mine, that has all the fun and comfortable amenities that mine doesn't so you should totally be over there and not crowding my couch that only fits me. "

He grumbles. Fuck this guy is too heavy to move and he had recently repainted his legs too.

The young girl couldn't believe her eyes. She really thought her friend was gone. She felt it. She saw it. Her good luck necklace was broken, the light gone.

And yet, here he was.

Tears swelled in her emerald eyes. Alexis covered her mouth and tried not to openly weep, but her shoulders bounced, and she had to cry. Of course she accepted his offer to climb onto his servos, where she preceded to hug a digit. A smile crossed her face, tears still running down her face. She was so happy, even managing to laugh at his comments.
