Adventures in sourdough bread: getting better loaf by loaf

I made this Babka way back and forgot to take any pic . This pic is a screenshot from one of the clips I shot for youtube . Follow: @veg_bites_by_avika . . This babka is not like any traditional babka , but I went a step further and made this like sour bread so that it can taste way better than the original . 💕 . . I made the chocolate filling for it and I just shot everything for the youtube . So for the sour bread , I kept the dough for fermenting for atleast 24 hours . So it turned out super sour (tasted good though) and for good fermentation you really need to use good active yeast or dry yeast 💕 . . What are your hobbies ?
