This is hand down the WORST photo of myself. However.. I've been super sick for a hot minute, and today my spine feels like its breaking right above my butt so to lay in bed I have to put a water bottle there to give me pressure otherwise it hurts π₯² im hoping its just a pinched nerve but idk. Also im pretty sure I have cookies all over my face, a actual grown up CHILD π. And I have a on and off fever so yeah sorry im not as active online. My bodies lights all turned on, im not even 30 yet and everything hurts π
I've written a lot of vents today. I don't have the time to tag people to all of them, so I'll assume people find them for themselves. But just in case, let's recap: I woke up soaked through the skin at midnight last night, and I had to get my dad to stay home. I had a sore back, and I've still got a really sore back. I'm on and off using a heating pad for it. I'm feeling really congested again, so freaking stuffed up and full of phlegm.
I've been having lots of stomach problems. Bleeding (presumably due to my hemorrhoids), gaseousness and an inability to get much to come out of me. My dad should be able to go to work tonight. I've gotta stop being so scared of being alone. I'll be fine. I should be. But with stomach pains, constipation (or something similar to it), back pain, a fear of another big storm, etc. I'm just feeling sensitive and uncomfortable, and so it's hard to feel good about sleeping when I know I'll wake up alone.
When I dwell on it, though...I find things get worse then. But it's also hard not to dwell on it. So it's a thing of being in between a rock and a hard place. I don't know why I sweated so much overnight. But the best I can figure is that I had severe night sweats due to crippling fears of being all alone. Maybe it was bad because I sleep under a thin sheet and a bonus big comforter, but usually I'm fine if we have the A/C. So I'm guessing it was some kind of severe stress reaction. sigh...
