had an incredibly vivid dream I was slowly dying from some kind of illness (great start) and the way my subconscious communicated the concept of my body slowing down besides actually telling me was through the medium of mario kart 8 deluxe. I started the dream pretty good at mario kart, and then the longer it went on the worse I got. I was still pressing all the right buttons and was doing everything right but the car just didn't respond right. and this got progressively worse for what felt like several months until I just didn't play mario kart anymore. all this to say rainbow road will never be the same again and 2 days later I still have a strange sense of impending doom that I just can't shake #myaccurseddream
