What happens when you don't give my hyperfixation a lot of backstory to work with-

So I've heard this a couple time with like plurals n stuff, like having memories that aren't yours, experiences you don't remember experiencing. I'm just asking for a little help.

I have some childhood memories that don't feel... real.. I only remember them a little bit.. but it doesn't feel like anyone else who was there remembers.. like it had my siblings in it, but they don't really acknowledge it.. it's also a little blurry and doesn't feel like mine..

There is also a voice in my head, I doesn't feel like mine. My voice that I recognize stutters, it syncs with my breathing and thoughts it sounds similar to mine irl, like a teen boy.. its always been like this. But the other one.. it's a little deeper.. it lurks, it only speaks up at random. I don't recognize the sound. It feels out of place. But it's my anchor when I panic. Or it makes my panic worse. I've never had any kind of shift or anything like others seem to experience. It just lurks. It feels like a real person. The times when it speaks up feel weird because it's like a quiet whisper, it asks questions but doesn't really acknowledge my answers, it has opinions on things sometimes like "you should use [color] instead of [other color]." and tells/reminds me of things or makes me lose my train of thought.
