-i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again. if you walk into the Golden House while/after Childe and Traveler are fighting he will laser-focus on you. if the fight is still happening it’s over, all his attention is on you as he picks you up and purrs

-Childe getting worried whenever you’re marginally sick. if you’re coughing he’s whining with concern and gently bumping the side of your cheek to ask if you’re alright, because he associates coughs with sickness and sickness with his time alone

-you visiting Childe in the Golden House and him doing the dash move that he does except it’s to ZOOM over and give you a hug <33

-(based off the hilarious fact that in the canon boss fight if you don’t step forward enough Childe won’t move) sometimes he gets distracted and if you move and he looks back, to him it seems like you’re gone, so he goes “!!”. the first few times it happens he gets really frightened, but once he gets used to it he mostly just reacts like “:0!! you’re over there now!!”

-after any fights with the Traveler if he loses he demands snuggles from you as he pouts and sulks

 -(FIC CONCEPT) you hating Childe, the Harbinger, but somehow meeting Foul Legacy and growing close to him, not knowing it’s Childe, who has been in love with you for a while even if you dislike him normally

-whenever Childe has nightmares and you wake him up, he jumps and clings to you instinctively. it startled you a few times but now you’re used to it, and his nightmares have gotten infrequent to the point where instead of clinging, he leans into your hand

-you laying on the ground and Childe leaning over you with his hands on either side of you, and he just lays on top of you and snuggles into you like a happy, heavy cat <33
