my boyfriend has the money all planned out apparently now we just have to pray the dates work and our fucking PROPERTY MANAGERS get back to us and if the planets align......we might be moving somewhere cheaper in a couple months
it’s really really soon and short notice (like, this came up 4 days ago) but we know people who live in the same building and are willing to offer so much help. and when I say cheaper I mean cheaper like, we’re going to be saving $300 each on average a month. imagine just having an extra $300/month. I wouldn’t call it exactly easy living still but I would mentally be in a much better place if I were able to like, pay for essentials for once. the planning and lack of wiggle room is really incredibly stressful and my hair is falling out again over it but he finally broke more of his plan down to me and is gonna meet with some people tomorrow and (looks into the distance) better mental health due to better financial health is on the horizon

Ok so I work in a kitchen and I was making sandwiches and my coworker came over and snuck a piece of cheese and she was like “don’t let [sous chef] know, she’ll kill me” bc the sous chef can be pretty scary sometimes and you’re not allowed to take food like that but i’m like ok cool and like not even five minutes later [sous chef] comes over and she asks me to leave a piece of the same cheese aside for her and i can see my coworker trying not to die of laughter and im barley holding my shit together so yeah anyways everyone deserves some cheese sometimes
