Disordered eating has become the norm in today's society..and while it may be producing attractive photos it is creating troubled minds. You don't have to be diagnosed with an eating disorder to struggle with disordered eating patterns that negatively impact your life. We are not meant to live rigid lives ruled by calories, macros and restrictive diet plans. Food should be medicine and exercise should be fun.
