Event Guidelines
This is an event to celebrate, not only a most iconic pairing such as Solas and Lavellan, but to celebrate and connect the Solavellan community as well.
Participation & Prompts
All creative mediums are welcome, including fic, art, comics, edits, virtual photography, gifs, screenshots, animation, playlists, music/lyrics, moodboards, crafts, cosplay, and more.
Choose whichever prompt inspires you, combine the prompts for the day, or interpret them in your own way.
You do not need to participate every day. Create as much or as little as you like.
Works may be created before or during the event. Older or unfinished works are welcome if they fit a prompt.
Late submissions are welcome. This event is meant to be fun and low-pressure.
Content & Accessibility
NSFW, dark, sensitive, and Dead Dove works are welcome, provided they are clearly and accurately tagged and labelled.
Check tags and warnings before engaging with sensitive works, and use filters or blocking to curate your own experience.
Add alt text, image descriptions, captions, or transcripts wherever possible to allow for easier access for all fans.
Do not use Generative AI at any stage of the creative process. We want works created by humans!
Community & Focus
Solavellan Week is a celebration of Solas, Lavellan, and their relationship in all its forms.
Polyamorous relationships and other characters or pairings may be included, but Solas, Lavellan, and their relationship must remain central to the work.
Ship bashing, character bashing, harassment, and attacks on other participants are not welcome.
Respect different Lavellans, identities, headcanons, interpretations, and approaches to canon.
Racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, and other forms of bigotry will not be accepted.
