An article I linked critiquing far right misogyny featuring an image of a woman who was in the heroic nude rather than sexy style was flagged. Two posts down a literal painting of naked post coital lesbians was not.
Exactly, the flagging makes NO sense. A ton of stuff that I thought would be flagged hasn’t been and yet like??? Gifsets of the first Cap movie (without anything even remotely sexual)? A random post about Sif? It’s so weird.

i mean, almost nothing about Wakanda's cultural sourcing makes much *geographic* sense, especially considering their political history. pan-Africanism and national isolationism *ought* to be fairly mutually exclusive. symbolism over logic sounds correct when expanding things, too.
I assumed the pan-Africanism came from Wakanda occasionally inviting outsiders from other African nations/cultures in, if for no other reason than to keep the gene pool stable, given its relative size. And one assumes that their War Dogs occasionally bring back partners and children from the outside world. So I guess it was my assumption that if the non-green-tea genmaicha had made it to the mainland, it would probably have made it to Wakanda sooner or later.

Ehh, it’s just supertasting. I get the same sensation from cinnamon, cheaper kinds of whole-wheat bread, and brown rice. It’s not an allergic burn (which I am semi-familiar with) but more like when you eat a pepper and get a burning feeling.

Fortunately the account wasn’t charged -- it was pay-on-receipt and I had them cancel the reservation since they literally couldn’t give me a damn car. So at least there’s that.
I think one of the great temptations the blue internet devil sends us is the reappearance on our dash of a Popular Text Post whose OP is a friend who we specifically know is overwhelmed by/tired of/sick of this post.

that is a good question haha. i keep going back and forth on whether or not i want to post any of it...on the one hand it’s a really personal project and is also super fragmented and not at all linear, and i will probably never be done changing things around and i like to know that what im letting other people read is The Finished Product. on the other hand i really like attention. so it’s a bit of a back-and-forth
