it’s  an  adjustment  period,    to  figure  out  her  place  on  the  ground.      her  life  turned  upside  down  so  quickly  that  she  hasn’t  fully  processed  it.          she  is  gravitating,  however,  towards  the  delinquents  that  survived  mt  weather.           sterling’s  friends  and  what  not,   she  can  recognize  a  similar  feeling  in  them.        but  it  still  surprises  her  to  see  harper  approaching  with  a  bouquet  of  different  flowers  in  her  hands.         she’s  still  not  used  to  seeing  the  beauty  the  earth  can  provide,    having  seen  the  cruelness  first  hand.         it’s  even  more  surprising  when  she’s  given  the  flowers.       wide  smile  suddenly  apprearing  on  her  face  as  she  clutches  the  flowers.       “    thank  you.    ”         tone  light  for  the  first  time  in  a  while  as  she  beams  at  harper.          leaning  forwards  to  sense  their  smell.       eyes  glued  on  their  different  colors  and  shapes.        “     they’re  so  beautiful.     ”
