#snowpacalypse

Wow.  It’s been awhile.  A giant snow in St. Louis and all major roads being generally unsafe and my house being extremely cozy help to make this a good day to get caught up on a lot of things. One of those things is Tumblr.  So...hi.

Last time I posted, I was in a total bad place.  Things aren’t bad anymore.  I’m working through stuff while I’m prepping to present two sessions for a district-wide conference as well as coach a hopeful state-qualifying swim team.  Life has been busy, but it hasn’t been bad.

I’ve been reading.  Reading a ton.  I’m on the 3rd book for the Outlander series, but still love Hunger Games more than anything.  @katnissdoesnotfollowback​, I’m slowly making time for your fics.  I haven’t forgotten about my promise to you.

I watched one episode of that Marie Kondo show and feel the need to get rid of 80% of all of the things in my home.  75% of the stuff I want to get rid of belong to my child and are her toys.  So...there’s that.

I shoveled about 8″ of snow off of my driveway today and my body is finally feeling it. I’m hungry and tired and just want to take a shower and sleep next to my fireplace on the couch while the snow falls outside.

This is a hodge-podge of thoughts.  I missed my Tumblr friends.  It’s been too long.
