the Elrics and the Homunculi are technically related in the manga and in brotherood aswell.

i see many people talking about how the Elrics and Envy are half-brothers in the 2003 anime, but i think we could say that all the homunculi are technically the Elrics' cousins in the manga!

the Dwarf in the Flask was created by using Hohenheim's blood, here Father says how he used Hohenheim's blood to create a vessel for himself, basically becoming like a twin brother?!

Hohenheim and Father shares the same blood, and they are literally identical.

the Homunculi are Father's "children". since he shares Hohenheim's blood, would that technically makes the Homunculi related to the Elrics? maybe like cousins?

or hell, even if you want to believe that he is Hohenheim's clone instead of "twin brother", that basically makes them half brothers even in here!😭
