These Enchilada Beef Sliders are a delicious twist on classic sliders, featuring seasoned ground beef with enchilada sauce, melted cheddar cheese, and vibrant toppings. Perfect for a party or weeknight dinner!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns.
Instructions: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-low heat until it's done and broken up. If you need to, drain off the extra fat and put the beef back in the skillet. Chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper should all be mixed in. Add two to three more minutes of cooking time until everything is hot. Warm up the broiler in your oven. Sandwich buns should be cut in half and put on a baking sheet. Put some enchilada beef on the bottom half of each bun. Add some crumbled cheddar cheese on top of the beef. Put the sliders under the broiler for one to two minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Add black olives, diced red onion, and green bell pepper after taking it out of the oven. Put the top half of the slider buns on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
