These French Onion Beef Sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd! They are packed with savory beef, caramelized onions, and gooey Gruyere cheese, all nestled in soft slider buns. It's a delicious twist on the classic French onion soup flavors, conveniently served in slider form.
Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef. 1 packet French onion soup mix. 1 cup beef broth. 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese. 1 cup caramelized onions. 24 slider buns. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Spread the ground beef out in a big skillet over medium-low heat. Break it up as it cooks. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, along with the French onion soup mix. Allow the liquid to reduce for 5 to 7 minutes. Put the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish after cutting them in half. Cover the bottom buns with caramelized onions. Then add the beef mixture and grated Gruyere cheese. Cover the cheese with the top halves of the buns. Melt some butter and brush it on top of the sliders. Place foil over the baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are hot all the way through. Enjoy while still warm!
