With every bite of these Wagyu Beef Sliders, you'll get a juicy, flavorful burger experience thanks to the premium Wagyu beef that went into them. It's great for a party or a quick, fancy meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb Wagyu beef. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped onions. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Ketchup and mustard for serving.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the Wagyu beef, salt, black pepper, and chopped onions. Mix well. Form the seasoned beef mixture into 12 small patties. Place the patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the slider buns on the grill until lightly browned. Assemble your sliders by placing a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a Wagyu beef patty and add ketchup and mustard if desired. Place the top bun half on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
