Rest! Don't feel guilty if you need to sleep more than others or more than usual lately. We do a tremendous amount of healing & integrating while we sleep. If your body is asking for sleep, it's because you need it. The need for selfcare is at an all-time high. Sometimes relaxing & chilling is a lot more productive in the long run than trying to accomplish every task every day, and can prevent fatigue or burnout. For some this may be a physical rest, for others a mental break. Whatever it's for you personally, take a deep breath, relax & expect to get a burst of energy.
