Slayers (1995) / episode 3: Lina, Zelgadis
I'm actually nominating Lina saying "Xelloss doesn't tell lies" as the single most ridiculous inconsistency in all of Slayers Revolution/Evo-R
when you're so normal about her that the characters notorious for their immaturity and emotional dysregulation think you're a sicko
Hey guys! Just found this page and thought i would share this giant Lina Inverse wall scroll i have hung up in my room :)

DRAGON SLAVE!
Thoughts on Zuuma
Having re-read and re-read the novels several times since the last time I saw Slayers Evolution-R, I’d forgotten how much more grisly things ended between Zuuma and Abel in Evo. Recently I’d gotten into a discussion that led to ways that The Slayers parallels themes in Buddhism that also form the bedrock of some therapeutic principals such as Radical Acceptance, the practice of accepting that bad things happen, and what happened between Zuuma and Abel sort of embodied a lot of that.
I just really like the set up in this little scene the morning after Zelgadis and Amelia were attacked by Dguld and Gduza. Zel is sleeping between two crates because, I’m assuming, they give protection on both sides. And, then there’s Amelia. In the middle. Surrounded with protection. PROTECT THE BABY CLERIC! 🥺
