Her feud with Willow wavered for a while, and then suddenly picked back up around the time he returned. AND when they're picking back up with him and Rocky becoming a full-time tag team and wanting gold and belts. So it wouldn't surprise me if that was the original plan, and they're trying to piece it back together now. Plus the fact they're going with a bunch of other women wrestlers as duos at the moment - Penelope and Megan, Julia and Skye. AND - if they're unifying the International and Continental belts, that gives them more room to give attention and screentime to another championship being defended.
