the single leg RDL is a great exercise to work on the hip/glute/hamstring moblity, stabiliy, and range of motion. Focusig on the control allows the body to work on stabalizing the movement and directing it to the correct muscles and stabalizers. Nicely executed spped and conrol by Jen.⠀ ⠀ Demo by: @jentrost⠀ ・・・⠀ After some GHD failures this morning, I decided to work on another weakness - stability and core work. These were recommended for help with my diastasis recti and I thought they'd be really hard. I can work on extending my range of motion but the stability involved wasn't as hard as I thought it would be and I was glad to see that some of the other stability movements that I've been focusing on have been paying off. I definitely have a stronger side though. I'm a work in progress. 😉⠀ These are really great for coordination, back issues, hamstring strength, and abs. Give it a try and let me know how you did! For more of a challenge, increase the weight using a dumbbell. ⠀ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••⠀ Looking for health & fitness professionals, information, tips, advice?
