Meet Briar Lane and Davon Colbert—two lives colliding in all the wrong ways.

Briar learned early that stability was something other people had. She left her parents’ house young and spent years couch-surfing with friends, hookups, and anyone who’d let her crash for the night. Her mother? Cold, calculated, wildly successful—and remarried to a rich man younger than herself. Her father? A different story entirely. He lives just a few trailers down from Briar in Oasis Springs, barely scraping by, usually found shaking a cup for spare change to fund his next drink.

After years of scraping and surviving, Briar finally saved enough to rent a run-down trailer of her own. It’s falling apart, but it’s hers. Her landlord—and neighbor—is Johnny Zest, which feels fitting in a way she can’t quite explain.

She meets Davon Colbert one night at a bar after agreeing to “just a couple drinks” with a friend. Davon is charming, confident, older—everything Briar isn’t. To her, he looks like a knight in shining armor.

Except knights don’t go home to a wife and a newborn baby.

When Briar learns the truth, she doesn’t walk away. Davon promises her a better life. He swears he’s leaving his wife. He tells her she deserves more than the hand she was dealt—and Briar wants to believe him.

Things unravel fast. Davon discovers Briar has also been sleeping with his best friend from college, and the fantasy cracks. Briar is unemployed, hustling odd jobs just to keep the lights on, rarely holding more than a hundred dollars in her bank account at a time. She dreams of opening a bakery one day—until then, she sells baked goods out of her trailer… and sometimes sells a photo or a steamy video online when the bills don’t wait.

Davon, on the other hand, is a well-known chef. He’s established. Comfortable. He already has a home, a family, and a life that Briar will never truly fit into. The age gap says it all—20 and 36, two people at wildly different stages, pretending the imbalance doesn’t matter.

But secrets never stay buried, and promises made in the dark don’t always survive the daylight.

This is only the beginning.

Part Three: The Tea is hot!

Before we go any further, I have to tell you about this website called CGTrader. It’s a website where you can buy 3D graphics for your own use. This includes graphics for Blender. I’ve never heard of it until I started looking into this whole Hauzz thing

Now, this next one is what really got me. It’s just so blatant! 

It’s like they didn’t even try!

As I said before, there is a website called CGTrader and that’s where Hauzz decided to take their business from now on.

They really went from taking from tumblr to taking from CGTrader

They straight up copy/pasted that blender room!

But that’s not the worst of it! Oh no, it gets worse!

This was the part that pissed me off! You can see for yourself why this is a problem

Mind you, you can still find the room on CGT for $5.....

And Hauzz still has theirs for $25.....

I don’t know about you, but I could get a couple of blender rooms and some tacos with $20 #I’mJustSayin

Hauzz must not understand the concept of Royalty Free. Royalty Free means that you can use the content without getting copyright striked. However, it does not mean that you do whatever you want. Like put it behind a $25 paywall. 

That violates so many Terms and Conditions!

but given your history, I’m guessing you’re an individual that doesn’t like to read those right?

And a month later, back at it again with the thievery!

At the time of the screenshot, the room was on sale for $3.50. I think it’s safe to assume Hauzz purchased it for that much. (As of September ‘21, the room is available for $7) 

Hauzz does a half ass job of giving credit where credit is due. It’s like pulling teeth for them. The internet clocked them again and the best they could do give a little mention on their instagram. There’s no mention of the original creator on Patreon as far that’s as I can tell. 

If there was any mention of anybody, We would’ve seen it. Or at least seen the first few words.....

That’s all the receipts I have (for now) that include the serial thief that is Deborah Hauzz. 

Debbie, if you’re reading this listen, I’m not here to come for your neck. I’m just here to show the sims community your indiscretions. 

You don’t like it, then how about you stop taking credit for content that isn’t yours. Why don’t you start leaving links to the CC you use?

Ya girl is back with some fresh tea! Had to take a mental break for a bit because

 G I R L it really do be a whole ass thing! And it’s exhausting! But now, my brain has had time to chill, we gotta finish this!

Today I have Debbie’s response to last months situation. If you need a refresher, start here. And I have my own response to her response so lets get right into it!

Previously on the Tea Party, I exposed homegirl for being a thief and she blocked me.  

But that’s not all she did. She also temporarily removed the incriminating blender rooms and (I assume) tried to inform her followers that she’s done nothing wrong. And then proceed to mouth off in her stories.

She can’t say it to my face though because she’s weak. 😏

So here’s her “official” response to the whole situation (she also put up some other irrelevant posts on her stories but honestly it’s not even worth posting)

Alright, so we have to break this all the way down!

First of all, notice how she doesn’t respond to the situation, she just deflects everything back to me. Typical behavior of someone who has something to hide. I feel like this more for you than it is your followers. I’m not the one who’s out here stealing sis! It seems like you did everything BUT apologize! I’m just sayin if it were me and somebody called me ALL THE WAY OUT. I'd have way more than this to say! You’ve been caught how many times sis? And that’s all have to say?

Why are you addressing me? You should be adressing your “admirers” you scammed out of $20 😏 She's not ripping off strangers, these patrons are friends and followers. Which actually makes the situation worse if you think about it. So you're just finessing your “friends” huh?  #WeridFlexButOkay

At the time Ms Hauzz was caught up in some drama (as usual) and mysims14 commented on it. Idk what they said, but whatever it was, Debbie didn’t like it. So it’s gone. #ClockIt

And while we’re on the topic of responses, there is a theme here.  I noticed that her response to me seemed......similar....

You’re basically saying the same shit you said the last time people called you out! Blender rooms are one thing, but girl you can’t even come up with a new response?!
