When it comes to health, plants are always better. Just like this plant milk that took me around 7 minutes to make. I used up some walnuts and almonds from the cupboard, and now the pulp is being dehydrated so I can use it in my smoothies. I even reused this old milk jar we had lying around. Talk about glow up 🙌🏼
