Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, sliced.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets. Put garlic minced, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Spread the olive oil mix on the salmon fillets. Add lemon slices to the top of each fillet. For 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is easy to flake with a fork, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Enjoy while hot!
