I forgot to post my Tarayzan and Simohne. Tarayzan looks after the Dream Forest, ensuring the safety of the inhabitants there. Most of the inhabitants are animals, and he can communicate with them. Simohne keeps an eye on the rabbids near the crash site. She believed they could be good, and she proved that theory right. She knows how to handle them when they start acting up. Tarayzan and Simohne are a very found siblings situation. They just happen to have the same eye color too. But they are not actually related.

The girrrrls!!!
I discovered these two scrapped girls and thought I would give them my interpretation. There were originally meant to be Rayman's girlfriends or wives but they were scrapped with one of them not even getting past the concept art, which was sad because I love her original design so much! So I want to include them in my person Rayman lore, and instead of girlfriends I made them into Rayman's cousins!
Simohne was created by Holly Luya when she borrowed the spell Betilla used to create Rayman and throw in some teensy DNA. Simohne used to be very shy and quiet as a kid that made it hard for her stand out. Rayman would spend time with her and help her build her confidence until she can come out of her shell. Simohne looked up to him as her hero and he was like a brother to her. She grew into a bubbly and confident person who loves to dance and play her flute everywhere she goes.
Raynette was made by Edith up using Betilla's spell and some teensy DNA. Everyone was surprised by how blue she turned out and joked about how Edith's genes didn't even try. Despite that Raynette has shown she truly is Edith daughter with her loud attitude and strong passion, only with hairstyling instead of cooking. She views hair as a way to express oneself and a reminder to respect boundaries. This often leads to her coming off prissy to others. She's also the only one who can style her mother's hair as she inherited the heat resistance from her.
And that's the cousins! Why didn't I just make them thingamajigs like Rayman? Because I like to imagine that he's the first and only one of his kind making him more unique from others. I thought the teensy genes could help with being close to the original design as possible.
Are they made of lums like Rayman? Nope, Betilla used the lums to create him because she was tasked to create the hero of the glade. Holly and Edith just wanted kids, there's no other parent involved.
