Bit of a throwback but I don’t think I ever posted the ref I drew up for Hurricane Prince while I was making it!  I miss this world sometimes...  One day I’ll come back to it...!

Looking down the tunnel of the Colorado Mine, Yuma County, AZ The Colorado group of mines or Lincoln mine group comprises multiple mining claims in the Castle Dome Mountains. While many minerals were mined from these claims, the primary elements mined were lead and silver. Workings include stoping operations from the late 1800s and early 1900s. The fill and dumps were also reworked in the 1940s. The mining group is also known among AZ mineral collectors for its green cubed fluorite, which was also mined and shipped. The tunnel pictured is quite unique in that it punches right through a small hill, with two portals on either side of the hill. More open water swimming. Been coming here multiple times a week and swimming up and down and not needing goggles because the water is so clear. Summer is a thing I love. These days are being good to us.
