including intensifying his rampages against temple knights, subconsciously wishing he would get injured so badly in one of these skirmishes that it would prove fatal. yet always surviving and dragging himself back to rielle, who is forced to heal him and bandage him up in pained silence. she tried to ask him not to get into so many fights, but he blew up at her, and so even though he swiftly apologized, she learned not to say a thing about his injuries and just heal them.

sidurgu feeling a twinge of resentment towards rielle, a small part of himself that blames her for his death, before stamping it down and beating himself up for even daring to feel that way. rielles just a kid, and she's got no one else but him, and he now has no one else but her. but he knows he can't be the caring mentor fray was to her, and she certainly shouldn't try to be the eternal support fray was to him. he can't even comfort her after her own nightmares.

craving writing sidurgu noticing the nightmares started after he went to find fray's corpse to give him a proper dark knight burial, only for it to be missing courtesy of the wol. noticing they grew more intense after his first encounter with lucient (and what's left of fray puppeting him around) as he refused to believe the malicious shade inside lucient nor the thing wearing fray's skin and outward personality that the wol has are the fray he knew, yet also refusing to accept that he might not have truly known who fray was. keeping his distance emotionally between the wol and luci because he doesn't want to confront that fact. unable to see how much that hurts luci's fray and leads to luci's continued mental downward spiral.
