Some short range punching on the bag just for fun. Yeah I don't have much experience with boxing and I don't have the most accurate shots but it's an experience and a learning curve. The coordination on my right side needs work for sure but again, you learn and do what you can. I might get a few jokes for my size and shape but that's the fire you walk into and I'm willing to take the heat. I'm not just all strength and power. I have def things to work on and it shows but you do what you can in the moment and run with it. The last workout I did on the bag was 10x1 min rounds with 15 seconds rest between rounds doing my breath of fire exercise which helped my endurance and didn't get tired the entire workout. You train for the possibilities you can achieve that you didn't have beforehand and make the most of what you have. North Korea fired two projectiles into the Sea of Japan, the South Korean military said on Friday. They are probably short-range ballistic missiles.
