Has anyone else been insanely irritable recently? Like i used to be happy when someone gave me extra information, no if people don't answer just what my question asked I feel insanely irritable with no real source. Like I was asking for clarification on an eeg thing, asked if it's a no conditions day before thing or if it's a wash your hair with shampoo before thing. I get the answer, but then she says "it's to help the wires stay connected to your scalp" and just immediately I feel like "HOLY FUCK I'M NOT STUPID I UNDERSTAND THAT. DO YOU THINK I KNOW NOTHING? DO YOU THINK THIS IS JUST COMPLETELY FUCKING FOREIGN TO ME?" when in the past I probably would've ASKED for that context. I'm mostly keeping it together, but it's causing issues with our partner because it's making small personal annoyances (like his bad habit of feeling the need announce why and that he's leaving, no matter the reason) feel like DEBILITATING issues that need to get fixed NOW.
