Sir Vars notices some important anatomical differences and experiments with his transformation magic.
Clearly he didn’t take his lecture to heart.
Do you ever just have those days where
I wrote a short comedy about crystal healing and it’s full of LOLs. Plz watch, like, and reblog!! This was super fun to make and even more fun putting it all together.
“Marcus Palladino is a journalist sent to interview Violet Grace-Belle, a crystal healing therapist, a practice that Marcus thinks is a joke, but Violet may have some abilities that might make Marcus change his mind.”
Artwork that I did for my short story “All That Glitters.”

My Therapist Is A Demon!? (Short Story from Reddit Prompt)
How did he end up here again?
"Welcome, Mr. Bryers, and thank you for coming. It was very brave of you to seek help for your problems." Miss Olviri said, writing in her notebook. She adjusted her glasses and gave him a smile that was probably supposed to be friendly, but the dozens of tiny sharp fangs made it look anything but.
Jacob shifted nervously in his seat, looking anywhere but the literal demon that was supposed to be his goddamn therapist. "Uh - yeah. T-thanks." he stammered.
To say Earth was shocked to learn that Hell was real was an understatement.
To say Earth was shocked to learn that Demons were just really, really overworked people who wanted to help reform the planet by getting everyone to talk about their feelings and hug it out was an even bigger understatement.
"So, Mr. Bryers-"
"Jacob is fine." Jacob said before he could stop himself. The young man immediately reeled back. "T-that is, if you're okay with calling me that! It's probably unprofessional a-and all-"
"Ha! You getting a load of this, Mike! Kid's a hot mess!" To Jacob's shock, one of Miss Olviri's horns moved, turning forward to reveal a tiny, mishapen serpent's head attached to the end of the appendage. The white snake-like creature gawked at Jacob. "Aw, he looks like a lost puppy! Woof, woof?"
Miss Olviri's other horn moved, a second head coming into view. "Ha! What a pussy!" It squawked.
"Now, now, boys. Be nice to our guest." Miss Olviri's flicked her pen at the two horns, who jerked back to avoid the writing utensil. Miss Olviri chuckled. "My apologies, deary. This is Mike and Daryl. These two have been stuck with me since Day 1, and they have a rather peculiar way of coping with their stress. But I promise you, their complete softies once you get to know them."
"Hey!"
"I ain't no softie!"
Jacob could only stare at the two squabbling heads in shock. "...Right."
Miss Olviri smiled. "Now, dear. Why don't we start at the beginning? You came here because...?"
Jacob grimaced. "I don't want to offend you or anything..."
"Uh, uh, uh." Miss Olviri wagged a finger at him like he was a misbehaving dog. "I'd be a pretty bad therapist if I got offended at every little thing, now, wouldn't I?"
Huh. He hadn't thought about that. "I guess..."
Miss Olviri stood up. "Now, why don't we talk over some tea and cookies? They're chocolate chip!" She said that last part in a cheery sing-song voice, keeping her notebook pressed to her chest with her hands, she picked up a nearby tea set with her second pair of arms.
Jacob's eyes went wide as she began to serve him, pouring him a glass of tea with precision and grace. "One or two lumps, deary?"
Jacob blinked, snapping out of his shocked stupor. "Uh - no t-thank you."
Nodding, Miss Olviri set the tray on the table in front of them, then took her seat again.
"Now, come on. Tell little ol' me why you're feeling down, won't you?"
Jacob swallowed. Well, this was it. He was going to die by the four hands of an elderly gorgon-demon-lady. "Well, ever since this whole - Hell being real and all - thing happened, I just - I feel like I've just lost my mind."
Miss Olviri nodded sympathetically. "Of course, sweetheart. it takes time to adjust to such a big change."
Jacob chuckled. He was so dead. "But that's just it, isn't it? It's been over a year now. Demons are everywhere. They go to school with us, they get on the same bus as us, they work with us. I have these, these two neighbours, in my building. A banshee couple. Do you know what it's like to come home to a pair of gay ghosts screaming 'I Can See Clearly Now' at the top of their lungs? My walls aren't thin by any means, but these are banshees we're talking about here."
"I can see clearly now, the rain is-"
"Shut it, Mike!"
"Ack! Sorry!"
"Boys," Miss Olviri warned. She gave Jacob another tooth-filled smile. "So, what you're telling me is that you're having trouble coming to accept the fact that Hell is real and that Demons are real?"
"Not quite." He shook his head. "I was always interested in Hell and demons and the occult as a kid. I kinda figured that, Hell or not, something had to be out there. But I always thought demons would be... well..."
"Savage bloodthirsty monsters?" Miss Olviri said. It wasn't a question.
Jacob winced. "That sounded bad in my head and even worse out loud." He admitted. "But... yeah. Pretty much."
"Ha! You thought we were monsters? What's next, you're going to tell me you thought Hell was a prison for corrupt souls?" Daryl asked.
Jacob smacked his lips. Fuck my life. "Uh... Do I have to answer that?"
Daryl burst into laughter. "Oh, my, SATAN! How stupid are these humans? All spirits know Hell is only the biggest, brightest, and craziest club around!"
"I can see all obstacles in my way-"
"Shut up, Mike!"
"Sorry!"
Jacob sighed. This was his life. This. Was. His life.
