Dear Vector Prime, are there any notable walrus Predacons in the Viron cluster?

One comes to mind: the Predacon Waterlog, whose alternate mode was as you described. He served as the first mate of Admiral Shockaract, the leader of the Predacon navy. Waterlog was a surly old sea salt, known for his mercilessness and effectiveness beneath the waves of the Quicksilver Sea.
Unfortunately for him, Waterlog met his end in the final campaign of the Cybertronian Civil War, when the Predacon Council failed to provide reinforcements for the crew of their ship, the Wave Breaker. Waterlog was sunk along with his commander, their ship, and all hands aboard save for a few survivors; among them were the leader of the Predacon Seacons, and Sky-Byte, who later came to serve Megatron.
