in other news...today i was explaining a methods concept in front of the class, and i had to draw a cell on the board. and i shit you not i drew A PERFECT CIRCLE ON THE BOARD. first try. it was a perfect circle and probably the highlight of this somewhat-awful week.
Oh my, what a week.
After some punctuation for the string of bad news I received this week (the good news at the start seems light years away now--but it's still good nonetheless), I awoke from yet another nap on the couch at 5am with the small and hazy inkling that it has been a dream. But hey, it could always be worse, right? To the gods of luck, please note that this is not a challenge.

Shitty weeks.
Shitty weeks seem to be the norm, and nothing sucks more than when all of the people, that you care about, around you are having them, and there is nothing you can do about it but feel shitty with them and help them get into a better week.
It's very exhausting.
