I just fundamentally do not agree that coercion-by-neglect is a real thing.
I think there's a case to be made for a Property Monster similar to a Utility Monster.
However, 1) no real economy operates under perfect monopoly, and 2) attempting to implement something else can have weird incentive problems.
Imagine an island where there are two families engaged in subsistence farming. If we impose a positive rights requirement that Children Must Have Food, Family A can have kids and demand that Family B feed them, essentially using the kids as hostages to extort labor.
We could propose that as an economy approaches perfect monopoly, it becomes more ethically suspect.

I am slightly horrified that it seems basically impossible for one person to wholly and completely understand computers in a single lifetime but I will find a good textbook like the one suggested to learn a reasonable amount of basic theory before I try learning some C / pick up a Raspberry Pi. I will remember you all when I’m living in my Serial Experiments Lain computer room filled with cables and huge cooling systems
