BHI signed a subscription agreement with JP Guilds for purchase of P2.17 billion common shares for P324.92 million. The shares will be issued from the unissued common shares of the corporation @ P0.15/share.

The acquisition is the final tranche of the previously approved subscription covering P3.099 billion common shares.
