A new Disney villain is introduced and the villains react the same way the princesses reacted to Vanellope in RBTI.
Hades: Do you have fire hair?
New Villain:No?
Hook: a hook for a hand?
New Villain: No.
McLeach: Do you own an illegal pet?
New Villain: No.
Maleficent: Did you curse a baby?
New Villain: What?! No that’s awful-
Sykes/Shan Yu/ Rourke: We’re you blown to bits?
New villain: NO???
Jafar: Have you even kidnapped a child or princess yet?
New Villain: NO. Are you guys ok do I need to call someone-

Hi, may I present to you my first and only Disney crush? Shan-Yu is criminally underrated.
When I told one of my friends he said: "OMG, he is so ugly. How can you like him?"
And I was like: "shUT UP HE IS V SEXY. BE THANKFUL I HAVEN'T SHOWN YOU MY ALIEN CRUSH"
Thoughts on Shan Yu
Honestly Shan Yu was a mixed bag. I liked his design and he was a total badass who even acknowledges Mulan as a soldier rather than being a woman plus being a good boss to his men. On the other hand, Shan Yu lacked some of the flair that other Disney Villains did at the time: he was kind of flat where his whole shtick was "The Emperor challenged me with his wall, so I will show him who's boss."
He felt more like a force of nature symbolizing the rage of war than an actual character. Is he intimidating? Yes, but he wasn't given much screentime for me to really consider him one of my favorite Disney Villains.
I also kind of wish they kept a deleted scene in that would've added onto Shan Yu's monstrous nature: when he and his troops completely decimate the village, he examines his men to see if they left anything alive. One soldier did, it being a small bird. Shan Yu at first seems to not be angered at his disobedience and casually talks about the price of freedom...only to sicc his falcon to kill the bird and he stabs the man, killing him.
