It literally feels like going from a manic pixie dream girl of divine light and perfection to puking up poetic depths of blackness that are fairly unpleasant and obsessive and the words feel like thick black syrup in my throat until I force them out onto a page. Angel posting feels like fire and flame and being on display. Sammyposting is like being in a sepiationed secluded hole tearing your heart out with your fingers but all the blood that comes out is black and you lay it on the page and think that maybe it is beautiful and then you remember you are a small speck in the cycle and that the being you worship that is crucial to your rebirth hardly knows you.

And then you remember you're on planet earth and none of that matters here.

That it's all a part of you that no one sees. And that maybe, very few can understand.

Ce mois-ci j’ai testé la gamme ANAPHASE + de DUCRAY, un programme qui aide à ralentir la chute des cheveux et les renforce.

Si comme moi, au changement de saison, vous avez tendance à perdre vos cheveux, essayez cette gamme de produit! Le shampooing laisse les cheveux doux et volumineux, et les capsules à prendre tous les jours  (un complément alimantaire végétal et sans gluten) contribue à renforcer les cheveux (et les ongles aussi soit dit en passant).

Au bout d’un mois d’essai, je constate qu’en effet après chaque shampooing, ma salle de bain n’est pas pleine de cheveux, et ma “tignasse” d’habitude si fine a plus de gonflant et est plus brillante.

J’ai distribué des échantillons à mes collègues / ami(e)s, ils/elles sont aussi satisfait(e)s : cheveux brillants, moins de perte.

Pour moi qui ne suis jamais contente de mes cheveux fins, je suis assez contente de ces produits et je peux assurer que j’achèterai au moins le shampooing à l’avenir.

A noter qu’il y a d’autres produits Ducray dispos dans cette gamme (lotion homme ou femme) pour compléter le traitement, mais je ne les ai pas (encore) essayés.

So today I wanted to touch on how I wash my hair... I have had a quite a few friends and clients ask me how I get my hair to grow so fast... the secret is in how you wash your hair and of course what you eat.

Here is how I wash my hair and have found not only does it promote hair growth but helps my hair stay healthy looking with little to no split ends...

1. Wet hair with lukewarm water

2. Apply shampoo (focus on your scalp)

3. Wash hair with lukewarm water 

4. Apply conditioner (focus on your hair strands)** At this point I turn up the water temperature to get steam, this helps the conditioner steep into your hair**

5. Wash conditioner off with cold water (I use the coldest option possible but do what is comfortable for you) 

6. Lightly dry hair and hair dry*** AVOID USING ANY PRODUCT THE FIRST HOUR AFTER WASHING YOUR HAIR***
