Lene Adler Petersen (b. Jan. 13, 1944) is a Danish artist, trained at Det Jyske Kunstakademi and the Royal Academy in Copenhagen in the 1960s. She and her husband Bjørn Nørgaard were leading members of the Eks-skolen group and did happenings and action art in all media, including film, throughout the 70s.

In the 80s she spent time in New York, developing a Neo-Expressionist style and drawing inspiration from Mexican murals and ceramics. She did serial art, such as the example here:

My Dearest C_____-

I hope this finds you well. Remember the card deck the Institute had me document a decade ago? We’ve found the missing cards. What’s more, I need help, YOUR help as I continue. This search has become more dangerous than you could possibly know, and I need someone, anyone, to start tracking down these entries outside the institute. I need someone tracking this that isn’t connected to them. I’m not sure I can trust them any further. I’m honestly not sure I can trust anyone at this point.

So I’m breaking Institute protocol. The following notes should never have been made available to the public, But I’m putting these entries in your hands so you can decide whether or not to support me further in this. Here’s the list of attached Institute files:

Camillae Thorup is a Danish artist who turns 47 today. She trained at Det Fynske Kunstakademi and the Royal Academy in Copenhagen in the early 2000s. She works with prints, painting and sculpture, often in series.
