When Pentious spawns right in her face, she now has to live with the fact that she is responsible for the deaths of those who could have been redeemed.
All due to her FEAR
They're two people who have to live to with their guilt of letting people die due to their fear.
And through this, a bond can form between the two.

This Hazbin Hotel collage is of Sir Pentious and Sera, due to Sera's reaction when meeting Pentious at the end of season one I was worried of how she'll treat him in season two, and that's why I wasn't surprised when Sera refused to expect Pen's redemption; at first. After seeing and listening to "Live to Live," I began to warm up to their new found friendship.

Sera x The Speaker of God: I just don't ship it. It's fine but I couldn't get into The Speaker's personality enough to enjoy this ship romantically. I don't see what Sera could add to her character in a romance. I don't think The Speaker would reciprocate her feelings. (I moreso ship The Speaker with Velvette)
Sera x Lilith: l'm also not that into this ship. I'm so sorry for not shipping the 2 most popular sapphic ships for Sera 💔 I see the vision of Lilith being a seductress towards Sera, but I just don't see Lilith as having that personality that gets portrayed in this ship.
Sera x Carmilla: Okay, a popular-ish ship that I enjoy. Carmilla being a steady rock for Sera and vice versa is so sweet. There's often a headcannon that goes along with it that Carmilla is a fallen angel. I like the headcannon, but I do prefer her being a demon because I'm a sucker for Angel x Demon dynamic (See: Chaggie)
Sera x Lute: A banger ship! I love the toxic ship of a workplace relationship with a superior. Lute desperately desires for a leader to follow and defend her values and Sera is one of the people Lute currently respects. This respect will definitely be questioned in future seasons and seeing Lute stand up to her superior because her emotions are so strong is so exciting! And it'd be nice for Sera to try and empathize with Lute. Sera struggles to see other points of views, but it's not because she doesn't care. It's because she sees herself as knowing what's best for others. But since her arc is about becoming better, it's prime time for her to look at the stress & trauma Lute has undergone due to the exterminations she approved. And it'd be so interesting to see Sera reach out towards Lute's heart and give her the attention she desperately needs, but may be too far gone to accept any more. Because Lute's getting worse as Sera's getting better and it's so beautiful to see love heal someone with trauma. Or even if love fails to heal her, that's still interesting as hell! Doomed Sapphics!
Sera x Velvette: Velvette is the lesbian seductress ya'll think Lilith is. Sera's tall angelic proper ass getting seduced and dominated by Velvette's short demonic bitch ass 💕 THAT'S THE GOOD SHIT!!! Velvette getting to be the toxic lesbian trying to get more influence over Heaven politics by getting in a relationship with the Head Seraphim is so good! And Sera getting a big fat lesbian crush on on Velvette's rude bitchy mean girl self is so much fun to think about. Velvette is so horrible and manipulative and Sera would be so new to relationships and it'd be so hot you guys. Vel would like, guilt trip her over officiating genocide in order to get what she wants. Sera would wind up a more insecure person from this relationship. Horribly toxic Yuri 10/10 feed me more.
Sera x Cherri Bomb: A fun party girl + a serious leader girl is simply also really fun to think about. I can see Cherri deciding to ragebait Sera if they ever met just for the hell of it and Sera falls for it every time. Cherri just ruffles her feathers. They'd be like the meme "You wanna kiss me so bad it makes you look stupid" I just think Sera fits Cherri's type of prissy nerdy aristocrat that needs to get taken down a peg.
Sera x Rosie: I'm split on this because I don't understand Rosie's whole deal yet. I can see Rosie inserting herself as a sort of counselor to Sera on how Hell works and being a mysterious baddie that worms her way into being close with Sera because she has no other friends. Seems interesting.
Sera x Molly: OK, I made this one up. I REALLY shipped this during the season 1 era, but I've become more interested in Sera interacting with other characters since then. I loved the idea of a sweet human soul softening Sera's serious exterior. It's the basis of all of these ships, someone seeing through Sera's aloofness. Loving the person she is. And Sera learning to return that love and be grateful for it. I'll always have some love for this rarepair. (Unless, Molly has an entirely different personality than in my head 😗) I interpret Molly as having a detective like personality. So she's very curious about uncovering the secrets of Heaven, starting with Sera! Molly starts a blossoming relationship with her. But as they fall in love, Molly discovers Sera's responsible for enacting genocide on sinners! Which is where most of her family is! And she said no to redemption! Which would've gotten her family out of Hell! And that Sera brushed off her OWN BROTHER'S SUFFERING IN COURT! DRAMA!!!
Sera x Vaggi: My 2 favorite Hazbin Hotel characters!!! I can easily see Exorcist!Vaggi having a crush on Sera. She's literally a tall heavenly being that represents what Exorcists are fighting for, Heaven. I can't see Sera taking her emotions seriously. She would ask Vaggi if she wanted her to, "fix" her. Unrequited ships are so sad & pathetic and I love to see it.
Sera x Charlie: This is such a smut ship to me. I'm sorry for anyone shipping because they see genuine chemistry between these 2. But I feel like it's the kind of ship where most art of it is on r34. And I mean... it is kinda sexy!! 'Sera, will you stop the exterminations if I dick you down?~' 'Oh my! I've never done this before... but I'm so turned on by you Charlie!' And then they bang and all the series problems are solved forever.
Sera x Verosika Mayday: Also hot af. I can imagine Verosika trying to mess with humans on Earth, then Sera stops her and is like: 'You must stop spreading sinful desires to humankind!' And Verosika's all like 'Actually, I'd much rather spread you~' and then they bone. I just love shipping Sera with women that have more experience than her <3
Sera x Stella: Assume with me that the Goetia are considered neutral parties in the whole heaven vs hell political game. I think Stella would fall first, she acts like a bitch towards Sera and when Sera keeps it cool and genuinely takes her seriously, it makes Stella like her! I feel like Stella is a character that assumes others are also just as judgey as her on the inside and don't take her seriously. So Sera listening attentively and taking things Stella says to heart makes her like her. Sera would wind up liking her after this, when Stella lightens up a bit towards her. She throws a party, Stella teases Sera, Sera blushes and tries to act aloof <3 (They'd be like Bathsheba and River from Date Everything.)
Sera x Keenie: A fun idea! But I see them as silly exes. I wish this had the popularity of Sera x Satan.

Sera x Sir Pentious: The only f/m ship I enjoy with Sera. Sir Pentious was so sweet & patient to her so I can't help but enjoy this ship. I want someone to treat Sera sweetly! And this ship fulfills thar for me!
Sera x Lucifer: I'm neutral towards this ship. I don't see Sera as Lucifer's sister/mother. But I think it would cheapen both of their stories to have them been in a relationship. Or wind up in one. I like to see them at most as eventually queerplatonic.
Sera x Adam: No. I don't want to yuck the shippers yums, but it's simply a no from me. I don't even say this because of people interpreting them as mother/son. I just think it goes against Sera's character too much. She would never like a man like Adam. If you want to make Adam have a one sided crush then yeah, I think that's interesting and Adam would be the kinda guy unable to have a normal relationship with attractive women. But I can't ever see Sera liking Adam like that. I truly think she only sees him as an annoying employee God makes her deal with, even though Adam sees her in a more personal light.
Sera x Satan: I genuinely dislike this one. Neither character would like or even care about the other and I've yet to see fanart/fanfic that convinces me. I don't get how it's so popular other than it being a joke crackship. I don't find it funny. NO HATE IF YOU SHIP IT. There's nothing wrong with liking this ship! And there's nothing wrong with me disliking it. I simply don't interact with those posts.
