i do think quite a lot about henry cheng's unnamed siblings. are they older? are they younger? do they follow their mother steps, communicating with him in the same detached way possible, or do they mostly stay with their father, who gives them a better, happier life, a more mundane one? is henry's isolation coming from all of them being ultimately woven from the same cage bars or by the distant picture of a happiness that he cannot compare himself to, only envy silently?
