I started my transplural journey a few months ago ( AS SOON as i found out i was radqueer. its always spoken to me) and i WISH i had all of these tips and tricks. it'd make managing my current system so much easier LOL

Another tip to add on, Dictate your split tolerance! do you split easily?Do you split only when some heavily traumatic happens?when ALOT of trauma occurs?

Theres also other reasons to split,but here are the main ones!

- Prolonged stress (For low split tolerance)

- Experiencing Trauma (Low-Mid Split tolerance)

- ReExperiencing past trauma (Low-High split tolerance)

- Trauma resuffering (Low-Mid depending on how bad the trauma sometimes even high)

- HeadMates Failing to do thier tasks [Like if your primary and other caretakers are becoming too stressed and cant complete thier duties a plural brain will deem a split nesscary to gice them a break and fulfil that role] (All split tolerances)
