on ao3 some people have their senchrome fics tagged "science boyfriends" (or becuase that is also a shipname for two marvel characters -- I think bruce banner and tony stark? i dont know tbh -- "science boyfriends (dr.stone)") and thats sooo cute omg i'm gonna be sick thats so cute wtf im gonna do that... i'm gonna do that on tumblr tbh

senchrome modern au is awesome becuase if you give chrome equal footing and the same general knowledge they go from mentor/mentee to old married couple in a flash and i live for ever second of it

senku realistically keeps a tight sleep schedule and makes sure to go to bed on time so he is properly energized but also senku falls asleep in the lab and chrome carrys him to bed

senku and chrome are kind of like house and wilson if they had hope in their hearts and wanted to go to space... in a way... if you think about it...

the idea of a senchrome roleswap au intriuges me deeply but it would literally change everything in the show so much it would be unrecognizable tbh

this would realisitcally end up being more sen... what is there ship name, senchruri? (senku/chrome/ruri) than just senchrome but in the back of my mind there is a hadestown au for them. senku as hermes, chrome as orpheus, and ruri as eurydice. hades and persephone are undecided but i think having the other generals be the fates would be funny
