Stanley: NASA engineer. He was known for his… Eccentric behavior even prior petrification. Treats everyone like they're a friend (read: has no concept of boundaries and personal space), overly talktive. Tends to exclaiming "Marvelous!" when pleased. Just because he's almost in his forties doesn't mean he doesn't get to be flamboyant.
Xeno: US Army warrant officer with a special skill for combat management. Prior petrification had his own special squadron of sorts, most of the colony soldiers come from there. Got desynthesized to violence over the years and has little remorse committing atrocities. Rarely shows amusement to anything other than Stanley's quirky antics. And beer. Is prone to drink a lot out of work.
Charlotte <——> Luna
Charlotte: Was an aspiring army nurse but was rejected due to mental health problems. Returned to med university afterwards knowing well she can barely keep up with the program. Cannot improvise to save herself and has severe anger issues. Painfully submissive and will not speak up unless pushed to a boiling point. Cannot stand being judged only by her looks and frankly was relieved Chrome wasn't interested.
Luna: US Army Colonel's (who also was Xeno's senior during his military years) daughter. Daddy's little treasure with no concept of gun safety. Proud prodigy with quick grasp on most topics. Will cry if you call her out on being a (mostly) fraud. Her insane driving skills are real tho. Scared to death of Stanley.
Carlos and Max barely do anything meaningful so I'm just scrapping Max in general and giving all the whatever he was doing to Carlos.
Joel <——> Chelsea
Joel: Takes pride in his excellent memory and ability to memorize everything geographically-related. Had a mental breakdown when he realized he has to adapt to the changes in geography after three millenia. His personality is generally intact, he's just generally more abrasive. (P.S. The Rodex CEO from canon is an adventurer and his mother, who dotes on him a lot. Joel is embarassed by that.)
Y-YouChelsea: The annoying co-worker who just can't shut up. Incredibly extroverted despite her immense hubris. Too much energy that's best poured into work otherwise she will make it everyone else's problem, oftentimes on purpose. Freezes in place when a man tries to talk to her. Has a built-in watch in her glasses that's only practical to her. Moderately annoying.
