Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while it heats. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Dust a clean surface with flour and knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness. For a thin crust, roll it out thinner; for a thicker crust, keep it thicker. Remove the hot pizza stone or baking sheet from the oven and carefully place the rolled-out dough on it.
