Always ready to put myself down and point out all the things I hate about photos of myself, so with this one I'm going to try my hardest not to hate my fat bits and double chin and love that I can run 5k, I can smile along the way, I can encourage friends, hold hands, hug people and celebrate an achievement with other fabulous women, I might be overweight but I'm fairly fit and my body deserves a bit of positivity from me instead of criticism and hate xx #selflovenotselfhate #running #fitness #slimmingworld #bodymagic #slimmingworldmember
